Pre installed cables in NZXT Phantom 820

What are all the 3 pin cables that come installed in the case that have stickers on them labelled: F, IS, R, and T. Do I need them? What are they for? What do they connect to?

Sounds like 3-pin fan cables to attach to optional case fans that you could buy. Front, ?, Rear, and Top. They connect to the fan controller on the outside of the case and to optional fans inside the case so they can be controlled.

The second one, the IS is for the optional directional fan you can connect thats right behind the hard drive cages.
