Pre-installed windows 7

I've got a fujitsu desktop with windows 7 pre-installed on it. I want to re-install the system, but i have never done it before. I don't know where could i find the installation disk (or the partition where the installation files are). Where can i find this partiton or files?

Pre-installed systems may have their own restore method. Do you have access to original documentation and software?
