Pre Overclocked GPU

My gpu is a Sapphire r9 270x dual-x oc edition
My question is if the pre overclocked speed change when installing windows or pressing reset in sapphire Trixx?

if your gpu comes with higher clock frequency by default, so reinstalling windows or pressing reset will not effect on locked base frequencies

Its diffrent from the original GPU (stock AMD)

I know it bro, if you want to lower clock frequencies, just do it using catalyst control center
