Hello! I'm trying to buy a premade build from a local store (here in Mexico) but I'm unsure as to what to buy (the main purpose for this pc will be gaming with a 3440x1400 at 144hz ultra-wide monitor and occasional workloads in unreal engine 4). Builds have similar overall components, except:

Build 1: RTX 3080 paired with a i9 10900KF.
Build 2: RX 6800 XT paired with R9 5900X.

It appears both cards are the gigabyte gaming oc version. Is there any notorious difference between them? (gaming wise) Thanks for the responses!

Solution
are the prices the same?
Personally I would go with the nvidia card tbh, Games may be coming out where dlss may be helpful as they will both perform quite similarly.
