Prebuilt CYBERPOWERPC case fan issue

I have a CYBERPOWERPC Gamer Ultra GUA3120A "gaming PC" and a while ago 1 of the fan's started spinning slow then eventually stopped spinning altogether. Upon inspection, I discovered that I couldn't physically force the blades to turn, as if something was blocking it. I treated it as a freak accident, replaced the fan, and moved on. However, now a second fan in a different slot is showing signs of doing the same thing. What is the cause of this, and are there any solutions that don't involve replacing another fan? The pc is about a year old and replacing fans this frequently seems odd.

The cause sounds to me like inferior fans.

As you said...you couldn't spin the fan. This is bearing failure.

....and I don't think you're going to find any solution other than replacing the fans that do that.

They use the cheapest crap they can get.
Buy some new fans that are decent quality.

Back in November I actually bought a Cyberpowerpc and the thought I had was that they would use "the cheapest crap they could get" for the fans and the PSU.

So...I upgraded the fans to Corsair fans and upgraded the PSU to a Corsair RMi.

The OP makes me glad I upgraded the fans.
