Question Prebuilt Dell gaming PC problem

I have had a Dell Inspiron Gaming PC for about 6 months now, and a couple days ago it froze. After turning it off and on it was working fine. However, today it seems to have froze and turning it off and on does not fix it. The fans and lights turn on, but nothing is shown on the monitors. The only recent change that has been made to the PC was the addition of one monitor about a week ago. Bear with me as I'm kind of a noob..

Give it a try with the ram sticks, have 'em all taken off and with the use of an eraser You'll rub the side that fits in the slots gently.

If you've had it for 6 months, it should still be covered by Dell's 1-year warranty. Call Dell.
