Question Prebuilt PC black screen flicker after GPU upgrade

So I have a HP Z220 Workstation that previously had Nvidia NVS 310s inside and I decided to swap them out for a GeForce GTX 1050 ti LP

Everything was fine at first, until the past month my screen would randomly go black for a few seconds and then return to my normal display.

This would somethings happen when browsing or when gaming (which becomes extremely infuriating).

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers from Nvdia's but I keep getting the same issue.

I've even tried using DVI-D (Dual Link), HDMI to DVI-D, and HDMI and keep getting the same issue.

RAM: 16.0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 665MHz (9-9-9-24)
Graphics 4095MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti (Gigabyte)
Storage: 1863GB Hitachi HUA722020ALA331 (SATA (SSD))
Optical Drives: TSSTcorp CDDVDW TS-H653N
Audio: Realtek High Definition Audio

Edit: I guess I overlooked the PSU requirement for the 1050 ti LP (300W)
