Prebuilt PC is it worth the price?

Hey guys!

So to make a long story short I am in the market to get back into PC gaming as time permits. I have experience building my own, but I haven't followed tech since 2014.
Parts have become expensive I've noticed and was wondering if this prebuilt system is worth the price?

I would prefer to build but damn prices have shot up since my last build.

Considering the prices of just the video cards and memory when building your own , it's a decent deal.
