It's still under warranty so you should be able to get it fixed.
Or contact a reputable computer repair shop in your area and see if they do warranty repairs and/or can take a look at it.
They might only charge you $25-$50 if it's an easy troubleshoot problem, like the PSU.

Oh okay, thank you so much.

This might be a stupid suggestion but here goes .... unless the psu kettle plug is a sealed unit checked replace the fuse as something may have made it blow.
Before you laugh at me i am saying this because you say the mobo lights are not on .
As you know all mobo's now draw power from the mains even when the pc is off and this is why the light should be on all the time.
The mobo feeds power to the usb sockets whilst off and for this reason it is possible to charge phones and tablets without turning the pc on.

If i am right you should still return the pc and ask them to find out why the fuse blew

Hi USAFRet , i did not know your plugs are sealed , if he has a spare kettle plug on another pc he could always try that one as it could be possible that the fuse has blown.
Again, there is no fuse. That functionality is handled by the house circuit breaker, and the PSU circuitry.
The power cable is just a cable with appropriate connectors on each end.
