Hello everyone, i recently purchased a new pc from this link:

https://www.newegg.ca/abs-ala249/p/...&cm_re=abs_gaming 3070-_-83-360-153-_-Product

In some games I'm getting noticeable frame drops and sometimes input lag as well. I've searched up videos with the same specs online and they're getting higher frames than me (ex. valorant fps is near 140-200 on 1080p, other people are getting 200-340 fps on 1440p).

My question is, is there any way to fix this problem or should I return my pc since it could be faulty?

Can you post a link to the video?

Did you update everything after purchase? Bios, drivers, windows updates...

It most likely comes down to that single stick of ram. Ryzen CPU's really dislike single channel ram.
Else as mentioned above. Might be outdated drivers.

What's your temperatures at? That case doesn't look very airflow friendly
