My Precision 420 is currently a Dual PIII-733.

I was wondering if any of the below CPUs can be simply swapped in to
give my system a speed boost:

Intel Pentium III 1GHz FCPGA 256k 133MHz

Intel Pentium III 1.2GHz FCPGA 256k 133MHz

Intel Pentium III 1.4GHz 512k 133MHz

Intel Pentium III 850E 256k 100FSB FCPGA

Thanks.

The Precision 420 comes equipped for dual SECC-2,
Slot-1 P3 CPU's. There may be issues in upgrading
with FC-PGA (Socket-370) CPU's in that Slotkets have
to be used. But there are SECC-2, Slot-1 P3 CPU's that
can still possibly be obtained at 933 MHz, 1.0 GHz or
1.13 GHz using the 133 MHz FSB.
