PrecisionM6700, looking to upgrade RAM to 32 GB..DDR3 1600Mhz..Corsair vs Crucial vs Kingston?

I purchased a refurbished Dell Precision M6700 laptop on ebay with 16 GB Ram (4x4 configuration) with on an older Liteonit SSD Drive. 3rd Generation i7

I am looking to upgrade the SSD to a 512 GB Samsung 850 Evo Pro. and I want to increase the Ram as well to 32 GB. The RAM is DD3 at 1600 Mhz....I am seeking some advice as to the best performance between Crucial vs. Corsair vs Kingston. The Corsair Vengrance RAM has lower CL at 9, Crucial is at 13, and Kingston is at 11.

Would definitely appreciate any insights or advice.

Go for the memory with the lowest timings and the lowest voltage, assuming all else is equal (capacity and frequency).
