Preinstalled Win.10 to 7

I just bought a new hp notebook. And it has a pre-installed windows 10. I was hoping if there was a way i could replace it with windows 7. Keeping in mind that the latest drivers might be a problem.

If you really want to downgrade to windows 7 the first thing you need to do is to make sure there are drivers for your hardware. Once you see compatible drivers for your hardware refer the below article for downgrading:

Yup. You need to check whether your hardware will be able to run windows 7. Most of them does support windows 7, but you need to check. Which notebook are you carrying?
