Preliminary mITX Gaming Build (<$3K CAD)

So, info:

Canada (Ideally sourced from Memex, but NCIX is acceptable too).
Buying soon
<$3K (cheaper better where possible)
Games/Apps: Most pressing is likely to be the GTA series. I'd like to be playing on minimum 2K, with as high settings as possible. I do some programming, but by and large my gaming is fairly casual (KSP, LoL, MC, SCII, Terraria, etc.)
No radeon cards. Everyone I've known has had nothing but issues with them.

This is what I found on the notepad file where I tried brainstorming what I do
- Use discs occasionally
- Heavy Gaming
- USB booting
- wireless internet
- Boot, games, documents
-current boot drive 223 (240gb) less than 50% used
- game drive was 480gb, used all

USB devices
- hub
- controller
- audio mix
- mouse
- keyboard
- label maker
- phone/tab
- hard drive

DP (or HDMI to DP)
HDMI

Requirements:
- 2-4 front USB (can do without)
- disc drive not needed (front panel IO expansion?)
- 6-8 USB rear
- Wireless networking card or usb adapter
- graphics card
- 16-32gb ram

How's it look? Any suggestions? Also, if someone has equitable or better RAM to recommend.... I'm not really that set on the RGB thing.
