Question Premiere Pro 2019 timeline is laggy

Every time I install premiere it runs smooth as butter when I first get it installed, but something happens where the timeline is just not responsive, if I delete a video off the timeline I won't see it deleted unless I either drag my mouse in the timeline or play the video, but sometimes it just completely freezes, I can still play the video and the line will move but I cannot manipulate ANYTHING inside the timeline when this freeze occurs.

Might I ask where you sourced the installer for your Adobe app? In the interim period, make sure you're on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard. The latest drivers for your GPU and post back with the make and model of your PSU as well as the version of your OS.
