Question Premiere pro help

Hi, i am new to adobe premiere pro. How can i lock/stick one image to the other. Here is what i mean. I drew a body and i want to attach the legs, hands and head to the body how can i do this so when i move it the other parts can move with it. I tried searching on the internet but i can't find anything, if anyone can help me. Tell me your ideas.

You are using the wrong tool.
Premier Pro is a video editor, not an animation or 3D compositing tool.

You can't lock movement like that.

I use it for editing and animate simple things. So i thought if i can get two pictures locked together so when i move one of them the other moves.

Not as you'd expect "legs" to move.
Not in Premier.
