Question Premiere Pro is only exporting part of the video ?

GPU: ASrock Radeon RX 6750xt challenger pro Oc 12gb
CPU: Ryzen 7 2700x
RAM: 24GB

Doesn't matter if it's AMD or NVIDIA gpu, whenever I'm trying to export a video over 1 hour of duration using premiere pro, only 70% of the video is playable and after that the video is closing. VLC media player showing the entire video duration 1 hours 20 minutes, but after 49 minutes the video is automatically closing.
"Entire source" is selected in the export section.

Encoding settings:
Resolution: 3840*2160
H.264
Hardware encoding
High 5.2 (over 5.2 is forcing me to Software encoding)
VBR 1 pass

Even when it's set to hardware encoding only 9% of my GPU is being used (max Temp 67°C), and for CPU it's 30%.

The only way to avoid this is to go for Software encoding which takes 4 hours to export and that's absurd.

Any permanent solution for this?

This application?

Current install may be corrupt or buggy.

Manually download, install, and reconfigure.

No third party tools or installers.
Yes that's the one.

It might not be the application, because i was using NVDIA GTX 1660 super and tried exporting the video after recording using the GeForce experience application and the result was same.

I switched to media encoder now, let's see what happens.

I don't understand why is it always with the longer videos, my short form videos work totally fine after being exported from premiere pro.
