To get your minutes and other info online from your carrier/service provider, try logging into your account with them. There should be a location in your billing to show the amount. If you can't find it, then I would contact them and ask them how it can be obtained.

Also, you should be able to access the minutes info from the phone itself. Either in the phone's "Settings" or log into your account through your phone's app for the carrier/service provider. You can also ask the carrier/service provider if they have a code you can enter into the device to get info back on minutes used.
