Question Preparing automatic repair loop, unable to use Media Creation Tool

About a couple of weeks ago, my PC randomly started to display “Preparing automatic repair” followed by “Diagnosing your PC”, then restarting and looping that process. I made a Windows bootable USB by using the Windows media creation tool, and have tried to use it to fix my PC, but has worked to no avail, since my computer usually restarts while looking through the “Advanced options” screen. I have tried to use the System Restore, command prompt, and startup repair options, but my computer restarts before I can do anything. One thing I have noticed is that there is a system restore point titled “Windows Modules Installer”, and the date and time of this restore point is approximately a couple of hours before my computer began the preparing automatic repair loop, and I am wondering if it has anything to do with this?

My specs are:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600
GPU: GTX 980
Motherboard: MSI B550M Pro-VDH Wifi
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 16GB
PSU: Cooler Master V650 Gold Full Modular
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 2TB Hard Drive

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Can you remain in BIOS indefinitely? See if you can source a lower tier/powered discrete GPU and if the reboots go away.

I made a Windows bootable USB by using the Windows media creation tool,
On another PC or is this an older installer?

Yes, I can remain in BIOS indefinitely, and can you please elaborate on what you mean by sourcing a lower tier GPU?

I used another PC for the USB
