Preparing Automatic Repair loop windows 8.1

I have ubuntu 16.04 and win 8.1 installed. When i go from ubuntu grub to windows, it shows "Preparing Automatic Repair". I have tried to system restore from there but it doesn't restores, showing up an error. Can't boot into safe-mode because of the grub.

When I tried to refresh my PC, it shows "media inserted is not valid".

Is it possible for me to find out and repair corrupt windows files by browsing through Ubuntu?

Installed Windows 10 as nothing worked out. Closing the discussion.
