I don't have a CD-RW yet, but going to have one soon, my questions is about disc copying. I few musicl CD's and I when I wonna see the sie of one MP3 file there it is only 44.4 byes! if I copy it - it doesn't work, is it the cd protection??? I know that for games I can go to www.gamecopyworld.com and download CD protection remover for any game I want! but how about other software?

Are you trying to drag files off of the CD to the hardrive or are you using a ripping utility, if so which one?

He/she's dragging the files. They aren't MP3 files, they're CDA files, basically the files that tells your computer there's something on the CD. Get a ripping program and rip the songs off the CD. Then you can burn them back to CD or encode them to MP3. Or, just do a cd copy. It'll make a 'perfect' duplicate of the cd.

Yeah, looks like that's the problem there. Rip the CD tracks into wavs or MP3s onto your hard drive first using a program such as AudioCatalyst. Then, in Nero/Adaptec or any similar CD writing program, you should be able to drag and drop those files into an "audio CD."
