Prescott VCORE?

What is the Vcore Supposed to run at for a P4 3.0 Prescott.
I just set up this new machine and teh vcore was down around 1.28 andi set it up to 1.4, anybody know the real numbers? thanks for any help you can give me. I am running it on a abit ic7 max 3.

Prescott vcore is about 1.25 At 1.4 your watts out should be about 150. Should keep you warm, on a cold winter's night.
