Prescott with NX + other features (just like AMD!)

Hi to everybody,

It seems that Intel is getting all the new features AMD included in AMD64 quite quickly and, the most important, by the time Microsoft have the code ready.

On one hand that sounds bad to AMD as it's losing what it makes AMD64 different and it's strong marketing points.

On the other hand is funny to see Intel COPYING AMD. That equals some AMD tech advances are worth and better than Intel? Uauh! 😱

Intel still don't have 64bit though. THATS what really makes the 'AMD 64 Different'

That's true, right NOW Prescott don't have 64bit, but AFAIK Xeon have it already and it seems not a big problem to include in Prescott (maybe when XP 64bit is released?)

Seems like a very close relationship between Microsoft and Intel ...
