On a desktop it can be as simple as popping out a coin cell and snapping in a new one. On a laptop things get a whole lot more complicated. But it's impossible to answer in more detail when you refuse to answer simple and relevant questions.

it just stays there for like 3secs and goes to login screen

i’m on desktop and the display of the del f2 stays there for about 3secs and goes into the log in screen ?

That sounds perfectly normal then, why does it bother you? Some BIOSes do have a setting to suppress this message, but I like the reminder in case I ever want to enter the BIOS settings and it's not the standard Del key. Otherwise you'd have to look it up in the manual
