Press f1 to continue f2 to enter setup

Hello,
Every time I am starting my system the message being popped is <press f1 to continue f2 to enter setup>. OS installed on my system is Windows Vista 32 Bit. Please advise to get rid of this.

What is the rest of the mesage? If you hit F1 does the system boot? Sometimes this just means the BIOS wants to to save some change, if you hit F2, then Save the BIOS changes, the message may go away.
