I've changed my CPU from Ryzen 3600 to 5600x and I get this notification, when I lauch my pc.
Press Y to reset FTPM, if you have bitlocker or encryption enabled, the system will not boot without recovery key.
Press N to keep previous fTMP record and continue system boot, fTMP will NOT enable in new CPU, you can swap back to the old CPU to recover TMP related Keys and data.


"fTMP will NOT enable in new CPU" - what is it mean exactly?
I didn't set any Key, neither for fTMP nor for Secure Boot.

I click N and system starts, but I have to do this every time.
Should I press Y instead and everything will be ok?
I've installed Windows 11 with fTMP enabled, CSM off, Secure Boot on.

And no, I never used Bitlocker or anything like that.

If you're absolutely sure, you haven't used bitlocker, then
Press Y to reset FTPM
