Hi Group,

I have a Vizu Aroma pressure smoker for sale. These are designed for use in
fast food restaurants and are very well built.

I bought it with a view to setting up a small farmer's market type business
selling smoked pheasants, duck, geese and venison but work commitments have
stalled my plans.

I did some research by giving sample smoked pheasants and venison to some
people and a few chefs and the general consensus was very positive indeed.
It seemed that £3.50 for a tasty smoked pheasant was an acceptable price
level and buying pheasants from the local shoot at twenty pence per bird,
and a venison carcass price of < 30p per pound offered a very good profit
margin.

It can cook and smoke 12 pheasants in about 40 minutes and the taste is
amazing. Because it cooks under pressure it keeps all the moisture in and
produces really succulent nosh.

The results with venison were sublime. Depending on the amount of wood chips
used the taste can be strong or subtle. A few pinches of wood chips are all
takes needs to produce a really nice flavour.

Apparently it does an amazing job smoking cheese as well but I never got
round to that.

This unit can be viewed on the uk manufacturers website under > products >

I have used this about two dozen times and the results are superb. It will
also cook 20 kgs of pork ribs in an hour.

It will run off a 240 volt supply

I bought it as an ex-demonstrator and will sell it for a fraction of the
retail price advertised on their website.

I will also be interested in swapping for a Honda quad / 4 wheel drive.

Please contact me offline and I will give you my phone number if you are
interested and want to discuss.

Regards

Tony
