Pretty high end PC getting horrible FPS in Team Fortress 2

GTX 1070
16GB RAM

Have no idea whats wrong, It's most likely the game. I can play Overwatch on ultra at 60-90 FPS so I have no idea why this game runs at 5 FPS on low settings.

5fps??? Try using your monitors native resolution in game (if you already don't), and also try maximising the settings.

If you have it on steam, verify the game integrity. Or you could try reinstalling the game.
