i have got an msi r9 270x graphics card and wanted to know weather i should use amd's drivers or msi's drivers because only msi let me use oc mode

What are your specifications? Is your card of MSI brand? Only than use the MSI drivers, or if you want to overclock just download the MSI afterburner tool, that will let you overclock. And that will also let you monitor your graphic card temperature in the games too. Cheers and Peace Altair.

As a general rule use drivers from the hardware manufacturer's website - in this case from MSI.
