Question Pretty warm GPU temps

I am using a Gigabyte Eagle OC 3080 Ti, I bought it used like new and it seems in perfect condition
However, even in rocket league letting the fans ramp up by themselves, it reaches temps of around 79-80C

if I kick up the fans manually to 100% it drops to about 74-75C
My case is a Deepcool CK560 so I know it has decent airflow, and an aio exhausting the hot air through the top.
Should I be concerned?

it isn't a demanding game, so reaching 80 just for that.. there has to be some reason behind this.

Try to rma the card to the seller if it is possible... ask him about that. I guess you didnt order used gpu online?
