Question prevent search results closing

Windows 10 64bit: How can I prevent the search RESULTS window from closing when I change focus. Search from taskbar works properly and returns numerous files as expected; I would like to leave the results window open while copying filenames or working with files; then manually close the window.

this might help

Press Windows+E to open a persistent folder, and type your search into that search box instead. It will stay open while it continues searching or if you click results, etc.
