Prevent Side-Buttons on mouse from going to the last page

My Razer mouse has 2 buttons on the side, pressing the top one makes page go back to how it was before I went back, pressing bottom goes to last page I was at. This is annoying because I use them for Push-To-Talk and when I press them it navigates back to a different page..

Is this a windows issue or would I need to change in Razer Synapse?

Side buttons are a built in thing for windows I think, but Razer Synapse may also let you change/disable what those button do.
It depends on the mouse whether or not you can customize those buttons.
