Prevent Z and Y switch on language change

I want to change languages since I need keys not present in English but I really dislike Y and Z keys being switched as well. This is a common thing that happens when switching from English to German layout for example.

Is there a way I can change my input language, but force Z and Y to stay in their respective places as they are in English layout?
