Preventing Internet connection

2 groups of network in single switch. group 1 need an internet connection and group 2 must be no access to internet. how to prevent group 2 to access internet in 1 switch or network connection? same gateway. Is this possible? Thanks!

Set all the PC on group 2 to static ip address and point it to null dns servers. no Internet on group 2.
