Hello world!

My previous gpu died and i'm looking to buy a new one.
My main question is whether the one I'm currently looking at would work/satisfy my needs and preferences AND at the same time i'm looking for recommendations.

Mostly i use my PC for gaming and watching films and youtube, reading ppts and pdfs, no video editing or streaming.
My budget is about 220USD 190 USD (could go only a little bit higher).
I'm absolutely fine with gaming at 1080p 30fps on not the absolute highest details (highest minus 1 or 2 (or even -3 aka medium) is fine).
My case is a silent one, 1 ~14cm/5.5inch fan at front (behind a padded door) and ~12cm/4.75inch fan at the back (this one is not covered).
I have never overclocked (frankly i didn't have a reason yet).

Most likely it would help to have a better cooling (double fans?) than stock...
I'd prefer if i could run current games and future games at 1080p 20+fps on at least medium for a few years more (4+).

The one i'm looking at currently is: GeForce GTX 1050 Ti OC 4GB GDDR5 GV-N105TOC-4GD
https://www.msi.com/Graphics-card/GeForce-GTX-1050-Ti-4GT-OC/Specification
But if i'm recommended something better/that would suit my needs and preferences better, I'd change it.
If that matters I live in Hungary.

This one:

Seems really fishy to me. Never heard of "85+". Good PSUs don't use non-standard standards. I think your system deserves a better PSU regardless of what your GPU will be.
Yeah, thats the one.

So you say (and extreme_noob) that that brand smells fishy and i should get a new one? (Maybe chieftec is manly sold around eastern europe? just a guess)
My old one died (also chieftec) after about 9 years, and i bought it about 1.5 years ago.
Why do you suggest to get a new one? 500 watts wouldn't be enough?
And could you suggest a PSU, watts and efficiency? Also what else should i look for (specs of the PSU)?

Is it this bad, that several of you guys upon seeing it immediately recommend to buy a new PSU?
Whats wrong with it?
High chance of it failing?
High chance of damaging components when it fails?
High chance of it being damaged when a component fails?
(As you might have noticed) I'm not very well versed in this topic, only basic understanding of PC components and how they interact with each other.

So i have been looking at the gtx1650 with 2 fans i i found 3 types.

There is the "regular" version.
https://www.gigabyte.com/hu/Graphics-Card/GV-N1650WF2OC-4GD/sp#sp

There is the v 1.0
https://www.gigabyte.com/hu/Graphics-Card/GV-N1650GAMING-OC-4GD-rev-10/sp#sp

and v 2.0.
https://www.gigabyte.com/hu/Graphics-Card/GV-N1650GAMING-OC-4GD-rev-20/sp#sp

The only difference being mHz.

Could you guys help me deciphers whats the difference between?
Is it actually a different hardware or just a factory overclocked state of the gtx 1650?
If those are overclocked states, is there a way to disable overclocking (as my cpu will stay until it fails, and i think that with a weaker cpu overclocking the gpu is not necessary, but correct me if i'm wrong)?
