How much would I typically get for an 'Asus 750ti OC Edition' and a 'XFX R7 360 DD'?

Both about $100 new, but they aren't worth their price compared to their replacements.

RX460 can be had for as low as $86, GTX 1050 for $108.

Somewhere in the $40-60 range is what you might expect to get for a used one.
