price drop?

I just saw on Gamestop's website that the price of FR/LG dropped to $29.99.
Does this mean that if we preordered it, we still have to pay $34.99? The
"bundle" pack (i.e., the package with the pocket trainer's guide) is still
listed as $34.99. But if the price dropped to $29.99, can we argue that that
is what we should pay, preorder or not? What are the options here?

John, give me 10 minutes, I'll call my store and find out what the registers
are reading for the price. Normally, a price drop or a special deal on the
website is only valid for ordering from the website, they are a different
corporate entity from the stores themselves, but let me call and
check...someone should be there in a few to start opening.

Nope...just checked at the store and it's still 34.99. You can always get
the money back from the gamestop and then order it online at the lower
price, but that would be silly after S/H you'd pay nearly the same. But the
GS site is a seperate entity from the stores, so they will not honor the
website price.

Also, it's confirmed that FR/LG will later be sold without the wireless
link, and the link sold seperately will retail for 29.99, so grab them now
while you can.

Thanks for checking! I forget that the website does separate stuff
sometimes. I appreciate it. I'm off to Gamestop now to get LG!
