Price range to upgrade 32 bit to 64 bit

i have a dell inspiron 1501 32 bit with windows vista i would like to spped it up whats the best way to do this i use it for games and facebook not work

I am afraid Windows is not the issue. About the only thing you can do with that laptop is bump the ram up to 4gb if it is not already. You can also go into the graphics settings and select the Windows Classic theme. The real issue is the older processor and graphics. The only way to upgrade those is a new laptop.
