Priced the same: Fx-6300/fx-6350

There is a combo for the fx-6350 with the mobo I'm getting (gigabyte ga 970 ud3p) and essentially the combo would be around ten dollars more expensive then buying a fx-6300 and mobo seperately.

I like to imagine that the 10 dollars is negligible due to the fact that I won't need a hyper 212 evo to oc the fx-6300 to 3.9 ghz.

Am I right in this logic?
also, are there any negatives to the 6350?

alright cool, is the stock cooler they send with the 6350 good enough?

It should have the same cooler as the FX 8320/8350 as it is classified as a 125w chip. If so, yea you are fine.
