The memory rams of the graphics card came off with the stock heatsink, as he tried to remove it in order to replace the stock cooler with a nioseless zalman vga cooler.

Next time that kid should learn to use heatgun or hairdryer to safely remove heatsinks that are thermally glued to the rams.
