Does that mean that it won't go down unless they make more of the gpus, and newer ones? Does that go with RAM also?

It's difficult to say for sure, but unless the cryptocurrency market were to collapse in the mean time, I would expect a return to December prices to take months, at the very least.

RAM prices is also due to an alleged shortage, but unrelated to crypto mining.
