There is quite a few discounts... Should I wait few more days for Black Friday or should I grab this now before prices change?

Also, would it be better for WoW gaming to go with a FX-6300/ASRock 970 board to save a few bucks or is the i5-4790 the way to go?

Last question is, I need a wireless and/or wired network cards and a sound card correct? Or is it built in the mother board?

I'd personally stick with the Intel build but that power supply is junk and so are the fans, and you don't need the fans. If you're not overclocking you could drop the CPU to a i5-4430 and then put more stock in your power supply. And you also need a cooler to overclock the 4690K properly, which I don't see in your budget. The AMD may be cheaper but the Intel performs better.

Well the fans are only $6 so i'll keep them, I suppose some fan is better than none. I would like to overclock in the future so I am going to try to stay with the 4790K, i've seen decent coolers go for $20-30.

That's not necessarily true - most cases come with at least three or four fans, and the cheap fans generally don't really add anything to the build in terms of air flow. Plus the fans you buy are determined by the mounts that your case has, you can't just buy random fans and assume that they'll hook into the case and mount properly.

You don't need a sound card or NIC as both are integrated into the motherboard, anything else is just wasted money.
