Question Pricing advice

Recently I upgraded my CPU and motherboard. I am looking to sell my i5 7600k and Asrock Z170 Extreme 4 motherboard and a hyper 212 evo included.
I am looking to get £175 for all those items, they have all original boxes and accessories and I am the only owner from new.
Would you say that is a fair price, if not what price would you expect to pay for those items?

I have but they really vary a lot, some sold for £100, some sold for £200.

Its a little high for a quad-core CPU with a very little upgrade path. I would start a bid at like 120 and see where it goes from there
