I have been able to observe similar prices on another site, alza which is the largest e-commerce in Czech Republic.
They hid prices but if you click the "monitoring" button it still reveals the price. While the default price hasn't been updated for most manufacturers, MSI cards have their final price revealed in the monitoring option.

Are the converted prices in USD given with the VAT reducted? Otherwise they're incorrect, since EUR is a more expensive currency than USD.

Also not sure.

E.g. Zotac 3080 is listed 804,26 EUR

693,33 EUR + 110,93 EUR Tax (16% due to corona) = 804,26 EUR

So 693,33 EUR is the base price without tax = 819,93 USD

So if he calculated with the regular 19% german tax the base price would be 675,85 EUR = 799 USD. (which is without tax, but close to the number mentioned in the table $795.11

But anyway, not sure if those prices are even correct. Also they probably have different pricing in different regions.

Asus 3080 TUF is only 16 Euros cheaper than the Strix
Either TUF cards have become much better or the Strix will be as bad as their 5700XT Strix...
