I currently have 2 AOC CQ27G1 and I’m currently in the market to expand to a third monitor that will be in the middle as my primary monitor.

I play a variety of games from Call of Duty, Diablo, Borderlands, World of Warcraft, League of Legends, New World, etc

I’m looking for something with the following specifications
$400 MAX budget
1440p
32” screen size

Any help with recommendations is greatly appreciated

Best 32" 1440p 144hz monitor you will find under 400 dollars IMO. I have three of these and you'd have to pry them out of my cold dead fingers if you wanted to take them away or make me give them up. For the price, there is nothing else that even begins to compare really AND they support both Freesync and are G-sync compatible. Mine works perfectly with my 2060 Super, but also with the RX 590 from my test bench system.

Not really. Having used literally dozens and dozens of TN, IPS and VA panels from practically all of the major brands, it really feels to me like VA is the way to go for most people. It really has the majority of the pros from the other two and few of the cons. IPS is great if you are a professional that requires some very specific things but I can't stand the IPS glow that is there even on the best of them and while the viewing angles on some IPS panels is somewhat better, it's somewhat better IF you don't mind sacrificing some of the color accuracy when you get beyond a certain angle. Also, for me, having blacks that are actually black, and not some variation on gray, along with extremely good contrast, is something I won't do without and for that I feel like VA panels win hands down.

All panel types are getting better and better these days, but there are still caveats to choosing any of them when compared to the others. This kind of breaks down what some of those differences are.
