Primary Philips monitor

Hello i recieved a monitor from a friend philips 221su i think is his name but its a usb monitor designed to be a second monitor so i really wanna know if i can make that as a primary monitor.i succeded in making him a primary connecting to a usb to my desktop but i dont think my video card is seeing my monitor even thought i have connected to a pc via usb so i wanna know if i find an adapter from video card to desktop if it will work connecting that or i really need 2 monitors.i have a i5 4460 r7 260 and 8 gb ram can this pc work with this monitor or even support 2 monitors at same time ?and do you know why i have fps drop in league of legends but my fps is around 60++ .can i make this monitor work as primary to play some games fine or i need 2 to make this one work.sry for my bad english and i hope you guys understand what i wanna say .Thank you in advance

it's not meant for that, this is a USB powered monitor meant for laptops.
the USB 2.0 bus cannot transmit enough data for gaming, so you get a FPS drop.

"We certainly wouldn't recommend this monitor for use in any situation where video or fast motion performance is important."
fast motion is where gaming lives, this is not a gaming display.

It specifically says "The way DisplayLink's software works makes the Philips 221SU unsuitable for use as the only monitor hooked up to your system – so, plugging it in via USB to a PC without an existing monitor won't work".

could my pc support 2 monitors and still playing games using as primary and my old monitor as second or should i give up and use my old monitor?
