Question Prime Z590-P getting SM bus controller not installed? Why

Due to my 1150 board kicking the bucket, I just bought and installed an Asus prime Z590-P motherboard LGA1200 with the chipset drivers it came with. I'm getting SM Bus not installed and have no idea why it's getting this error.

Samsung V-NAND SSD970 EVO 500gb
Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 2x8 16gb 2666MHz
Window 10 home
core I5 10500k

Any ideas. Is this chipset too new?

I've downloaded a bunch of drivers from the Asus website and that worked for some reason whereas the disc it came with didn't. Now searching which PCI device is undetected.

PCI device error is now magically gone. I think after being able to install the 500 series chipset window was able to update and fix itself probably successfully loaded and locate that missing device.

Don't know if this is a common problem with Asus but it's a first time for me that the chipset driving was not able to install.
