[SOLVED] Prime95 damage or not ??

Hello, today i made some test with prime95, maybe 5-10 to check the temps and it was all good, except at one test (with avx disabled, like most of the tests i made) when i try to open hwinfo64 it was stucked on loading and then i was try to open task manager but it was not responding, same the file explorer. Immediately i closed the prime95 but the lag wans't gone until i closed all the open programms/windows. Then it was fine, i run again the prime95 1-2 times for 5 minutes and was ok with normal temps (35 idle, 78-79 with prime95) !!

Is there any chance the cpu get damaged by the prime95 the 1-2 minutes that was lagging ?? Like over voltage or over heating ?? The cpu is a ryzen 5 3600 with stock clocks.

Nope, no chance really.

Ryzens are good for up to 95C. And even then, the CPU will aggressively lowering clock speeds to avoid generating more heat.
