I ran prime 95 and got these errors:

[Sat Oct 15 14:10:32 2022]

Hardware failure detected running 360K FFT size, consult stress.txt file.

FATAL ERROR: Rounding was 0.4994510495, expected less than 0.4

FATAL ERROR: Rounding was 0.4990156004, expected less than 0.4
Hardware failure detected running 384K FFT size, consult stress.txt file.

Could anyone tell me what the possible problems could cause these?

Let's get the whole story, such as the specs of your PC, whether you're overclocking, and the circumstances, if any, that led you to be running Prime 95 in the first place.
Asus prime z590-V
3060 gigabyte gaming oc rev1 (factory default clocks, no oc)
teamgroup t-force delta 8x2 3200mhz 1.45 v i think gotta check
[switched to 3200mhz because it's rated at 3200, but it was at like 2400 when it was placed in. ]
corsair rm750 750w psu
wd blue sn550 1tb gen3
core i5 11600kf (no oc default)

good temps, good cooling, nothing out of the ordinary.

BSOD occurs every once in a while (15-30 mins in gaming usually) no matter the load, and i got prime95 to test it out and ask the forums

Proper bios?

Put a copy of memtest86 on a flash stick.
Boot the stick and let it run.....no errors allowed.

I
It's the label assigned to the bios you have.

You may have level 123 and the mobo site shows and update to 456.

Look in you bios for the level you have then visit the mobo site and see if there is an update.
I'm not sure where to go on the mobo site. Do you mean bios update? Or is that something else

Yes, he means bios update

no point running Prime if you getting errors in memtest.

Turn xmp off if its on and try tests again

if it still has errors in memtest after changing ram speed and with newest BIOS, you need to change ram.

I changed it to 3200mhz xmp off and it works just fine (gaming for 3 hours straight, no crashes, no nothing. Smooth gaming)? I just need to run new bios and run memtest to see if it actually works. Will update
