Prime95 Illegal SUMOUT x100

So for years now I've been dealing with a crashing PC, well I'm done. I've ran these tests before to no avail, but I decided to try again. I was going to run Prime95(which I'll call p95) for 24 hours, but after not even ten minutes I got this error:

I cannot run Memtest at this moment as my flashdrive is missing, and I used my last CD a bit ago. How can I narrow this down? Is it my CPU or RAM? Ill post specs below, thank you for taking your time to read this.

*NOTE* Everything is CLOCK speeds
CPU: 8350 Black Edition
GPU: 7990 and GTX 480 (running 480 when I got the error)
Mobo: m5a99x evo r2.0
RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4) @1600Mhz

So I went into bios, bumped up the vcore on my cpu by .005, no crashes yet. Noticed my ram was at 1115Mhz (wtf?) so fixed that, and one of the sticks doesnt work now. Testing with just 4Gb and 4.0Ghz (had to turn on turbo core). Stable so far, lets see.

swap your ram...take 1/2 of it out if the error there with both sticks then it the cpu. amd and intel have cpu fitness tests.
